A Case of Glomus Tympanicum

Abstract
Glomus Jugulare tumor was first reported by Rosenwasser in 1945. It has been known to be the most common tumor involving the middle ear cleft and second most common tumor of temporal bone followed by schwannoma.
The authors recently experienced a case of glomus tumor confined to the middle ear cavity. The 36 year old female patient complained of pulsatile tinnitus and conductive hearing loss. The tumor was removed by transmastoid approach. After
